We ship to addresses in the United States only.
Shipping cost
Shipping is a flat rate of $80.00 per order to any US address, whatever the number or size of items in your order. The shipping charge is shown at checkout before you place your order, and nothing is added later.
Processing time
Orders are paid by bank transfer. We process your order once your payment has arrived in our account, and orders ship within 5 business days of payment being received. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
Delivery time
Delivery takes 3-5 business days after your order ships. In total, allow up to 10 business days from payment to delivery.
Damaged or missing items
Please check your delivery when it arrives. If anything is damaged or missing, contact us within the 15-day return window with your order number and photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund under our returns policy.
