Returns are free. We pay the return shipping, and there is no restocking fee.
How to return an item
- Contact us at info@meridianpart.com or +1 307-684-5677 within 15 days of delivery, with your order number and the item you want to return.
- We will reply with return instructions and a prepaid return shipping arrangement, so you pay nothing to send the item back.
- Send the item back unused, in its original packaging, with all parts, manuals and accessories that came with it.
Please contact us before sending anything back so we can match the return to your order.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 15 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or a refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we refund the purchase price by bank transfer to the account you paid from. We will email you when the refund has been sent.
