D&J Ready Run Engine 2007.5-2018 Ram 2500/3500 6.7L Cummins

D&J's Ready Run engine is a complete 6.7L Cummins replacement package for 2007.5-2018 Ram 2500 and 3500 trucks. It starts with a remanufactured Precision Plus long block and adds the turbo, exhaust manifold and the full high-pressure fuel system. The main diesel parts arrive matched to each other.

What's included

• Long block: Precision Plus remanufactured, fully disassembled, inspected, crack-checked, CNC machined and reassembled to precise specifications
• Head studs: ARP 2000, installed
• Cylinder head: Upgraded with heavy-duty valve seats, precision machined, assembled and pressure-tested
• Exhaust manifold: BD two-piece
• Turbocharger: BD remanufactured, high-speed balanced, with pre-programmed actuator
• Fuel system: CP3 injection pump (remanufactured), injectors (tested), Bosch fuel rail (new) and high-pressure fuel lines (new)
• Supporting parts: Fluidampr harmonic balancer, upgraded grid heater, sensors and a new water pump
• Estimated install time: 14.5 hours
