The D&J Ready Run engine is a complete replacement package for the 5.9L Cummins in 2004.5-2007 Ram 2500 and 3500 trucks. It combines a remanufactured Precision Plus long block with matched air and fuel components. Buying them together cuts down on sourcing parts one by one and shortens downtime.

What's included

• Long block: Precision Plus remanufactured 5.9L, fully disassembled, inspected, crack-checked, CNC machined and assembled to measured clearances
• Head studs: ARP 2000, installed
• Cylinder head: Upgraded performance head with heavy-duty valve seats and a precision CNC valve job
• Air and exhaust: Performance exhaust manifold and matched turbocharger
• Fuel system: CP3 injection pump (remanufactured), injectors (tested), fuel rail (new) and high-pressure fuel lines (new)
• Supporting parts: Harmonic balancer, sensors, installation hardware and a new water pump
• Estimated install time: 14.5 hours
