D&J Precision Plus Short Block Engine 07.5-18 Ram 6.7L Cummins

D&J's Precision Plus short block is a remanufactured bottom end for the 2007.5-2018 Ram 6.7L Cummins. Compared with a typical reman unit, it is assembled to tighter tolerances and with greater consistency. It suits daily driving and towing and gives a sound base for later upgrades.

Build details

• Process: Fully remanufactured and CNC blueprinted
• Machining: Boring, honing and surfacing to restore critical tolerances to OEM specification
• Inspection: Components checked for cracks, wear and dimensional accuracy
• Measured and verified: Bearing clearances, piston-to-wall clearance, piston protrusion and ring gaps
• Assembly: Clean-room assembly with new internal components
• Pre-installed: Oil pan, oil cooler housing and timing cover

Listed for 2007.5-2018 Ram trucks with the 6.7L Cummins. The oil pan, oil cooler housing and timing cover come fitted; the cylinder head and other external parts are not part of a short block. Send us your VIN or engine code and we will confirm fitment before you order.
