ACT's ME2-HDSS clutch kit for the Evo 8 and 9 combines a Heavy Duty pressure plate with an organic Performance Street sprung disc. It also uses ACT's patented Monoloc, a one-piece hardened chrome-moly part that replaces the two-piece wedge collar and wire ring found in pull-type clutches and keeps bearing and pressure plate loading even. Torque capacity is 530 ft/lbs, 45% over stock.
