The D&J Essential long block is a remanufactured 5.9L Cummins for 2004.5-2007 Dodge trucks. It is intended as a durable replacement for a worn engine in a daily driver, tow rig or work truck. D&J builds it to OEM-level fit with a few upgrades beyond stock.

• Process: Fully torn down, inspected and precision machined to meet or exceed factory specifications
• Cylinder head: Reconditioned, with hardened valve seats and a CNC high-performance valve job
• Rotating assembly: Balanced and blueprinted
• Head studs: ARP 2000
• Gaskets and seals: Supplied for installation
