Choose the Ultrex if you prefer steering with a cable foot pedal and want the most direct feel; choose the Terrova if you would rather control the motor with a remote and move around the boat.

The Ulterra’s main advantage is automatic stowing and deploying. The Ultrex is the choice for foot-pedal cable steering.
