Before choosing a motor
Check the boat’s horsepower limit and measure the transom before choosing shaft length. Tohatsu’s FAQ says to measure from the top of the transom to the bottom of the keel: 15 to 17 inches suits a short shaft and 20 to 22 inches a long shaft. It also notes that some Tohatsu shafts run 2 inches longer than the standard figure, so confirm the exact model with us. Match steering to your existing helm or tiller setup, and ask which controls and installation equipment are supplied.

Shipping is $80 per order to US addresses only. Payment is by bank transfer. Allow up to 10 business days from payment to delivery, including processing and transit, as described in the shipping policy. The returns policy allows returns within 15 days after delivery for unused items in their original packaging with all parts, manuals and accessories. Contact us first. The company pays return shipping and charges no restocking fee under that policy.
